David Rawls:
I grew up in a non-Christian home. After several years at the University of Arizona I moved to the Midwest to figure out my life. Shortly after this move I gave my life to Christ and decided to attend Great Lakes Christian College. Since graduating I have been in local church ministry for 24 years. While at Great Lakes God placed on my heart through students and professors a heart for International Missions. Over the years I have sought to be involved in overseas missions through the local church. Recently I became the Director of Operations for Hope 2 Liberia which is a missions organization which is bringing hope to the Liberian people. I believe the greatest thing Great Lakes did for me is that it placed a hunger and thirst for the Word of God in my life. As a result this has made me a life long student of God's Word. This passion for learning I am now passing on to the church in Liberia. Thank you GLCC for your investment into me.
